Responsibilities:

• To troubleshoot customer’s hardware & software problems via phone
• To diagnosis & solve customer’s problem solving via telephone and email set standard time
• To escalate issues to Product and Development Department to resolve customer’s issues / problems.
• To maintain accurate call logging and tracking into Helpdesk database.
• To follow up on all logged cases to ensure it is closed within set standard time
• To manage the customer’s problem within the Call Center Procedures / Guidelines.
• To ensure warranty registrations are processed in a timely manner.
• To initiates and to leads special projects as assigned by the Call Center Manager

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Able to demonstrate a strong understanding and technical ability to support PCs, operating systems and applications.
• Possess excellent communication skills and ability to deal with diverse range of people with various technical understanding
• Flexible to work on shifts / OT / Public Holidays as and when required.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sri Petaling, KL.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
• Experience in the field of mapping or/and GPS will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve company's sales and profitability target
• Provide report on sales department performance to the Sales and Marketing Manager
• Provide sales forecast during quarterly budget exercise
• Help to continously identify and promote new customers/market for business growth
• Manage and support existing customers

• Candidates must possess at least a Min.SPM or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, other or equivalent
• Preferably with sales experience in consumer electronics or ICT industry
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Pleasent appearance and well groomed
• Enjoy meeting with people.
• Result Oriented, Honest, passion to achieve sales target
• Self driven, and good inter-personal & communication skill
• Hard working, Independent and dynamic
• Able to look for new customers
• Experience in the field of mapping or/and GPS will be an advantage.

• To prepare the monthly and weekly sales reports (Full Time)
• To ensure proper and neat merchandizing

• SPM, STPM or Diploma holders
• With or without working experience
• To be based in shopping centers or retail outlets
• Own transport
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Good customer service skills and pleasent personality
• Experience in the field of mapping or/and GPS will be an advantage.

• Basic Salary (Full Time) + Commission + Incentive
